George C. Grape Community Hospital/Medical Clinic, LLC Gains Three New Advanced Practice Providers

George C. Grape Community Hospital/Medical Clinic, LLC is growing its clinical provider team in alignment with patient and community healthcare needs. The Medical Clinics, located in Hamburg, Sidney, and Tabor are pleased to welcome the following new team members to its organization and community-based practices:

Paulina Gossman, APRN
2023 Family Nurse Practitioner, Clarkson College (Magna Cum Laude)
Paulina has 7 years of BSN RN experience and 1 year of experience as an APRN.
Paulina will start in early September as a Family Practice provider at our Care Now Clinic and Acute Care at all three locations.

Brooke Hollars, DNP
2024 Doctor of Nursing, FNP graduate of Clarkson College
Brooke has 4 years of BSN RN experience and experience as a Chemo Certified Oncology RN.
Brooke will start as a Family Practice provider in our Rural Health Clinics and Care Now Clinic. She will also be part of the hospital emergency department team and a provider at Grape Hospital’s Saturday walk-in clinic.

Laura Isaacson, APRN
Laura is a Family Nurse Practitioner graduate from Chamberlain University who works at our Care Now Clinic and Acute Care at all three locations. Laura is on the hospital emergency department rotation and a provider at the Grape Hospital’s Saturday walk-in clinic
Laura has extensive experience as an RN and is a previous staff member of our hospital. She did a portion of her student training at our medical clinics.

All three providers are passionate about serving rural communities and find great purpose in their practice. We are very excited to add their energy and talent to our medical staff.

These providers are employed by George C. Grape Community Hospital, which includes three medical clinics located in Hamburg, Sidney, and Tabor in Fremont County. Practices include the specialties of: Acute Care, Cancer Care, Cardiac Rehab, Cardiology, Care Management, Emergency Services, Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Pain Clinic, Physicals, Preventative Care, Saturday Clinic, Specialist Referrals, Surgery and Urology. The Care Now Clinic is a walk-in clinic at Medical Clinic, LLC’s Hamburg location, available Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
