Board of Directors
Community Hospital, Inc. (dba George C. Grape Community Hospital) is a 501(C)3 Corporation, which is governed by a seven-member Board of Directors who are elected by the membership of the corporation. Membership in Community Hospital, Inc. is open to all individuals or businesses who contribute $100 to George C. Grape Community Hospital, George C. Grape Community Hospital Foundation, or George C. Grape Community Hospital Auxiliary.
The Annual Meeting of the Corporation is held the first Monday in February at George C. Grape Community Hospital. At this meeting, Annual Reports are presented by the Board President, Chief of Medical Staff, Administrator, Foundation, and Auxiliary. New corporate members are certified and new Board members are elected to fill 3-year terms. The current Board of Directors consists of:
