Maintenance Mechanic

Performs repairs on any equipment for buildings and grounds to ensure safe and effective operations.
Responds to work orders and various requests to maintain efficient and effective workplace.
Performs planned maintenance and inspections of equipment.
Performs work on HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and data communication equipment as needed.
Assists with Lawn Care as needed
Performs snow/ice removal duties to ensure the safety of our employees as well as our patients and visitors.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Maintenance supervisor.

Qualifications:
Valid Driver's License
High School diploma or GED
One year certificate from college or technical school: or three to six months related experience and /or training; or
equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
