Advanced Practice Provider

George C. Grape Community Hospital & Medical Clinics is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our growing, patient-centered healthcare team. Qualifications:
- Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Current certification through a nationally recognized certifying organization
- Eligible for Iowa licensure and DEA registration
- Strong clinical, communication, and patient relationship skills

- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with physicians and healthcare team members
